EDUCATIONAL	Traits are associated with multiples variables and has focused on academic performance. This is positive in primary and negative in high school
ORGANIZATIONAL	Trait EI predict key strong positive effect on job performance and should be given priority on incremental Validity.
CLINICAL	Trait is a strong + predictor of well-being and mental hearth. Although  in schooling trait is a – predictor. In adults trait EI is a – predictor as well.
