SYSTEMATIC PROCESS: GETTING STARTED (one
year)
1) Take stock: Develop a sense of here
2) A Vision: The vision= The there
3) Set priorities: from here to there
4) Create Governance; Empower to act the decision making
5) The Inquiry process: As a Cycling evaluation; 1)focus on a challenging area, 2) brainstorming 3) plan, 4) pilot and 5) evaluation.
The whole process will finish ensured that all members of the community are coordination in planning, implementing and evaluation.
Powerful learning experiences result from bosh; a collaborative effort and an individual one. As well as through 2 processes: Big wheels and little wheels.
The VALUES of the accelerated school:

POWERFUL LEARNING
While individuals and small groups experiment with new and stimulating learning experiences, the accelerated school's processes will move forward as well.
